Corrosion-resistant Carbon Fiber Composite Ion Earthing Electrode

When Yangbo Lightning Protection was working on the project, it was found that the corrosion of the soil has a great influence on the life of the grounding material. Based on the characteristics of electrical conductivity, corrosion resistance, economy, and no pollution, the key new product launched: corrosion-resistant carbon fiber composite. The purpose of the ion earthing electrode is to overcome the shortcomings of the prior art, provide a corrosion-resistant carbon fiber composite earthing electrode, and solve the technical problems of the existing earthing electrode such as easy corrosion and poor electrical conductivity.

Introduction

  • When Yangbo Lightning Protection was working on the project, it was found that the corrosion of the soil has a great influence on the life of the grounding material. Based on the characteristics of electrical conductivity, corrosion resistance, economy, and no pollution, the key new product launched: corrosion-resistant carbon fiber composite. The purpose of the ion earthing electrode is to overcome the shortcomings of the prior art, provide a corrosion-resistant carbon fiber composite earthing electrode, and solve the technical problems of the existing earthing electrode such as easy corrosion and poor electrical conductivity.
  • In order to solve the above technical problems, the technical solutions adopted are:
  • Corrosion-resistant carbon fiber composite earthing electrode, which includes a vertically arranged carbon fiber tube, a grounding lead wire, an upper plug set at the top of the carbon fiber tube, and a lower plug set at the bottom end of the carbon fiber tube.
  • The upper part of the side wall of the carbon fiber tube is provided with a grounding lead wire connection port, and the interior of the carbon fiber tube lumen is filled with graphene composite material.
  • The top surface of the upper plug is a plane, and the bottom of the lower plug is a tip.
  • The grounding lead wire enters the inner cavity of the carbon fiber tube from the grounding lead wire connection port from the outside and is connected to the bottom of the upper plug.

  • Light weight and high strength: its weight is only 1/4 of steel and 2/3 of aluminum, its strength is ten times that of rigid PVC, and its absolute strength is much higher than that of aluminum, reaching 1.7 times that of ordinary steel.
