Installation of lightning rod

• The assembly and installation of the air terminal are carried out on the construction site. When assembling, before the air-termination device is installed into the glass steel pipe, first connect one end of the copper wire with a length of 1 meter and a cross-sectional area of 70mm to the nose, and use it with the thread at the lower end of the air-termination The M1012 bolts are connected and welded to the base or bottom plate (user-supplied). Note: The mounting bolts of the base or bottom plate must be welded to the building steel bars;
• First apply the adhesive (the adhesive is a mixture of low-molecular 650 polyamide resin and epoxy resin) on the threads of the M36 at the lower part of the air-termination device and the M36 inner wall of the glass steel pipe (1), then screw in , To be cured; and so on, after the entire lightning rod is assembled, the curing name (the straightness of the lightning rod can be adjusted during this period is not greater than 10mm), (the curing time is based on the time specified on the adhesive), and the bonding part of each section is marked Hole, tap M8 (the depth is to penetrate the wall thickness of the two pipes), the size of the set screw is M8x25, the screw is screwed into the name, and then the adhesive is applied to the screw head;
• Use a tower crane to place the assembled glass steel needle in the pillar of the flange base, fill with B-666 silicone rubber, and tighten the 8 positioning screws on it to adjust the verticality (visual inspection). Meet the requirements, then fix it;
• The height of the lightning rod is customized according to user requirements.
